Kıbrıs Vakıflar İdaresi Yeniden Yapılandırma Projesi kapsamında proje ortakları olan TEPAV ve Doğu Akdeniz Üniversitesi tarafından bir iş bölümü çerçevesinde iki adet kurumsal arkaplan raporu hazırlanmıştır. Bu rapor TEPAV tarafından hazırlanmıştır ve projenin diğer ortağı olan Doğu Akdeniz Üniversitesi tarafından hazırlanan Kurumsa Arkaplan Raporu II ile birlikte okunmalıdır. Raporların amacı Strateji Belgesine girdi oluşturmaktır
