She graduated from Gazi University, Department of International Relations in 2017. She completed her master's degree in International Security and Terrorism at the Gendarmerie and Coast Guard Academy in 2021, and her Ph.D. in the same field at National Defence University in 2025. Her research and interest areas include radicalization, school security, terrorism, border security, and deepfake technology. Dağdelen has also taken part in various projects with YTB, TİKA, and Canadian Embassies.

 

Dağdelen joined TEPAV as a Researcher in July 2026.
