A. Senem Dartar joined TEPAV in 2004 and actively contributed to the institution's operations by playing a key role in structuring and operationalizing the Directorate Office.

Dartar, a graduate of the Department of Journalism at Anadolu University's Faculty of Communication Sciences, gained experience in news writing, text editing, content production, and corporate correspondence while working as a content editor at TEPAV between 2012 and 2017.

Since 2022, she has been serving as the Content and Publications Editor at TEPAV, managing the editorial processes of research reports, evaluation notes, blog posts, and other institutional texts.

Additionally, Dartar continues her work in news writing, editing, and content production at an industry publication and has previously written columns for a digital publishing platform.
