TEPAV | EPRI organized a meeting for the presentation of the report titled ‘Global Economic Prospects 2006' on January 27th, 2006 at TOBB Economy and Technology University.  This report is an annual World Bank flagship published in the fall/winter of every year.

In the meeting, Dominique van der Mensbrugghe; the co-author of the report and a lead economist at the World Bank, and Serdar Sayan; professor of economics at Bilkent University, made presentations. Dominique van der Mensbrugghe's presentation, which focused on the prospects for the global economy and the economic implications of remittances and migration, was very illustrative.
