In a meeting at TEPAV that hosted Serdar Denktaş, Chairperson of the Democrat Party, recent developments in TRNC were discussed.
ANKARA - On February 18, 2011 TEPAV organized a meeting that hosted Serdar Denktaş, Chairperson of the Democrat Party, to discuss the recent developments in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).
Delivering a speech, Denktaş stated that the recent developments have led to an undesired escalation in the relationship between TRNC and Turkey whereas the TRNC citizens felt no personal hostility towards the Turkish people.
In their speeches, participants referred to the critical importance of the willpower in the TRNC particularly for the solution of economic and structural problems and the restructuring of the public administration.
