On February 2006, TEPAV's Economist Esen Çağlar and TOBB's EU Director Mustafa Bayburtlu made a joint presentation about the Palestinian Industrial Free Zone (PIFZ), at an event organized by the "American Business Forum in Turkey." The purpose of the event was to introduce the Industrial Estate to the Investors. In the presentation, Caglar and Bayburtlu discussed the incentives for the foreign investors as well as the infrastructure and other services to be provided at the Estate.
