Hasan Çağlayan Dündar was born in 1985 in Konya. Dündar graduated from Konya Meram Anadolu Lisesi (Konya Maarif Koleji). He holds a BS in Statistics from Hacettepe University, which he finished in 3.5 years, a BA in Business Administration from Anadolu University and an MBA from TOBB University of Economics and Technology. Çağlayan also took courses as a special student from Financial Mathematics Program in Middle East Technical University.
Dündar has been working in marketing research sector since 2006. He joined TEPAV Economic Studies in 2009 and predominantly conducts economic research, statistical analysis, and impact analysis in labor market, vocational training and retail sectors.
