Centre for Eastern Studies Director of the Russian Department

Mr. Marek Menkiszak is the Head of the Russian Department at the Centre for Eastern Studies (OSW). Prior to this, he was a coordinator of the OSW research project “Russian Foreign Economic Expansion”. Between 2008-2009, he was a member of the “EU – Russia Task Force at the EU Institute for Security Studies” in Paris. He is an author of numerous articles on Russia’s foreign, security and internal policy, NIS area problems, European security and strategic studies. He has an M.A. in International Relations and a PhD from the Institute of International Relations University of Warsaw. |
