ANKARA- The first seminar of the Constitution Experts Seminar Series launched by TEPAV will host Prof. Dr. Jan-Erik Lane from Freiburg University to deliver a speech titled 'Two Meanings of Rule of Law'.

The seminar to be carried out on Monday at TEPAV is organized as a part of the efforts to generate knowledge, which is also supported by texts evaluating the constitutional architecture in different aspects.
